When I placed this picture on Facebook I promised I would post a few more photos of the shoot in my blog, as they all show nipples and I don’t want to be banned from Facebook, especially during these exciting times that the 30,000 sealed indictments are being unsealed and the most notorious sex trafficking paedophiles are being rounded up.
Often the last photo turns out the best. This was the last shot Sari Erdos took, and it is one of my favourites. I’ve called that photograph HOPE. To me it shows the little girl inside of me; a scared child; feeling worthless and hopeless. It also shows the woman inside of me; a vulnerable but strong warrior, fighting for justice and hopeful for the future.
This photo reminds me of the Egyptian goddess Isis, the patron saint of women, mothers and children. The children. How appropriate.
This was the first shot of the session. I’ve called that photograph BALANCE. In the year 2000 I received my first taste of yoga in India and I’ve been practising yoga ever since. Yoga has saved my life. It has saved me from drowning in depression. It has saved me from debilitating panic and anxiety attacks. I always tell my yoga students that the strong body is nothing but a bonus. But a nice bonus indeed. Looking closer at the photo I realized that the right side of my face is covered in scars. No need to explain how they got there. They are part of who I am.
I’ve called this photograph LITTLE FLOWER. It’s the title of a song I’m working on. The lyrics are coming along, but the melody will take a little longer.
Sometimes people ask me if I miss my country, Holland. No, I don’t. It’s a country I never really felt home for the simple reason that I dance too wild and I laugh too loud for the Dutch folks.
The rest of the photographs are called SEDUCTION.
Not only have we’ve been creative in the photography department, the past few months we’ve worked very hard in creating a video about El Jardin’s ‘Noche de Divas’. Many times before we’ve worked with Martin Wetheril, the Australian videographer. It was a wonderfully creative collaboration again.
Here’s the video Martin made for the Amarte Maroma Project, some 4 years ago..
Here’s the trailer of the documentary Martin created 6 years ago.
And here is the full documentary called ‘To sing for your Supper’. I know it’s a little long for today’s attention span, but still wanted to include the video.
This time Martin and I worked very closely together. Because he didn’t really knew any of the songs, he handed me every single clip he filmed. I then categorized over one hundred videos from six different shows and subsequently returned the exact footage and sequence to Martin.
The first video gives a general promotion of our show, with 5 different performers. The second video has more of a documentary element in it, as it shows many behind the scenes footage. I must admit I’m really proud with the result. I’ve been able to create a beautiful stage with a specific style of music and matching dresses. Not to mention the many talented performers who have walked into our restaurant for an audition.
We took a little break, but restaurant El Jardin will open it’s doors again on Monday June 4.
OPENING JUNE 4.
Friday June 8 we’ll continue with our ‘Noche de Divas’, introducing Miss Vronze, a possible new diva who is auditioning for a spot on our stage.
NOCHE DE DIVAS FRIDAY JUNE 8
No politics? Well, at this moment I only have one message: Follow the Q Phenomenon.
The writing is on the wall. It is time to stand up for what you believe in. Time is up. Let’s put an end to government corruption together. Follow the white rabbit to the Great Awakening. You are the storm and the storm has arrived.
If you are in the know about the Q Phenomenon, I don’t need to explain more. You probably have your citizen journalist sources, like YouAreFreeTV or our all time favourite Jordan Sather from DestroyingTheIllusion. For obvious reasons the Google Gestapo has terminated his YouTube channel for misleading content. Still, his and our voice will not be silenced. Not this time.
I found a very recent interview with Jordan Sather from the channel of Economy of World. Jordan gives a clear explanation of his view on QAnon and the geo political state of this planet, at this very moment.
I’m sure you all remember that history lesson where we were told that a British or Spanish empire had ‘discovered’ a country or continent. Subsequently the indigenous people were murdered or enslaved and the riches of such country plundered.
Why? The conviction of being a superior race will do the trick. The same way we think that we are superior to the animal kingdom, and therefor decimate, slaughter, torture, and experiment on these sentient beings as we see fit.
In this light we can imagine that planet Earth and its inhabitants were very desirable to certain extra terrestrial races that viewed itself superior to others.
If there’s any doubt in your mind about the existence of other races than the human race I urge you to start watching Cosmic Disclosure, offered on Gaia TV. And I invite you to read the following article.
In other words: there was a war for our planet and this time the baddies won. We were enslaved, experimented upon, and bloodlines were created to ensure dominion over the human race. That would be the ruling elite or the dark cabal we are familiar with. And their overlords are from an extra terrestrial race, believed to be of a reptilian nature.
These lizzies have a peculiar taste for food. They feed from our fear, an energy often called ‘loosh’. Hence the continuous wars that have been orchestrated from both sides to ensure a continuous flow of terror and suffering. And they feed from human flesh, preferably young and definitely alive. If there’s any doubt in your mind about the reality of these statements I invite you to read the following article about a secret underground base near Dulce, New Mexico.
But not only the lizzies feed on human flesh, so do those human bloodlines that rule our world. They do so during Satanic ceremonies, worshiping Lucifer.
Although I must confess the series has a dark sense of humour my husband and I appreciate.
I used to think that these satanic cults were an exception, and not the rule. But recently teams of US Special Forces under authority of the Department of Defence have discovered how pervasive and systematic this infiltration is. All aspects of government agencies and military are infiltrated by these satanic groups, from the local police office to the Pentagon. Here’s the article.
So there you have it: the United States of America is run by a bunch of satanic psychopaths who like to rape, torture and eat little children. I mean, let’s not beat around the bush. This bunch is the Deep State, the shadow government, the unelected officials that have at least 36 security levels above the president, the ones who like to enslave humanity within a New World Order. That lovely bunch that excels in Secret Space Programs, in drug trafficking, illegal arms trade, organ harvesting, human trafficking and child sex trafficking. Where do you think those tens of thousands of missing children, in the U.S. alone, end up? And I’m not even talking about the thriving Galactic slave trade.
Simon Parkes talked about this item in his last bi-weekly radio show, a show we never miss.
No matter what you think of Donald Trump, he’s fighting the Deep State. He’s fighting evil and I admire him for that. When you are fighting the devil, you have to be very, very smart. Especially when you are surrounded by Deep State traitors like Robert Mueller, who conveniently covered up the 9/11 investigations during his 12 year reign as director of the FBI, or McMaster who’s working directly with billionaire George Soros to undermine the president any which way they can. If the Deep State can’t impeach him with fabricated evidence and false testimony, they will try to JFK him. Here are the articles to support these claims.
As I said, to fight evil you have to be very smart. Clowning around and creating all kinds of distractions with controversial statements and actions seems to be the strategy used by the Trump team. In this case it’s not conquer and divide, but confuse and divide. Like Jordan Sather from Destroying the Illusion, I believe he’s trolling the world and the Deep State. The system is rotten to the core and needs to come down. The swamp needs to be drained and fast. He’s the catalyst that will bring change.
I like to compare notes with Jordan and I always feel inspired that I connected the same dots as he did. The only one I missed was the connection between human trafficking and the opioid crisis, which Trump called a national emergency.
Jordan’s lady friend Teresa Yanaros of Divine Frequency, a conscious life journalist passionate for uncovering the truth about secret governmental programs, conducted an excellent interview with Corey Goode, which I promised to post in my last blog, so here it is. If this is the 1st time you heard of Corey Goode, he is the whistleblower of the Secret Space Programs, sharing his experiences with David Wilcock in the Gaia series Cosmic Disclosure.
Another interesting interview I found recently was one where Robert David Steele (Jordan Sather interviewed him a few months ago) interviews Kerry Cassidy. Most truth seekers are familiar with Kerry’s ground-breaking work for Project Camelot and through many years of conducting interviews she has a tremendous wealth of information. Steele’s interview techniques are controversial, but good.
My intuitive support for Donald Trump was confirmed when I came across the following article about a Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique session, a technique developed by Dolores Cannon where the Higher Self or Super Conscious can be accessed. Her book The Three Waves of Volunteers and the New Earth is by far my favourite, although I disagree with her statement that people are not abducted against their will.
The only remark I want to make about this article is that I do not believe in a nuclear war of any sorts. Extra Terrestrial races have disabled nuclear facilities countless times, and hundreds of military personnel have reported and documented such events. The use of nuclear arms will not be permitted. Here’s the article.
St Germain is the Lord of the 7th Ray and master alchemist of the sacred fire, who comes bearing the gift of the violet flame of freedom for world transmutation, and the hierarch of the Aquarian age.
Do I truly believe Trump is the incarnation of St Germain? I like to keep an open mind to any possibilities. So in this case, I ‘like’ to believe he is. Intuitively it makes sense, but until I have received a Quantum Hypnosis Healing Session myself, which I have planned for the near future, I have no definite answer.
However, the discovery of two 19th century books from author Ingersoll Lockwood surely will add some fuel to my theory.
Author Ingersol Lockwood wrote the books ‘Baron Trump’s Marvellous Underground Journey’ and ‘1900: or The Last President’. The novels tell the tale of a wealthy aristocratic boy called Baron who lives in ‘Castle Trump’ and is guided on his journey to Russia by a man named Don, ‘the Master of all Masters’. In the article you will find a few more eerie comparisons to today’s political situation.
The message is clear: We need to unite, despite our differences. It doesn’t matter if we believe Trump is a villain or a hero, we all want the same thing: Peace and Prosperity. We need to unite in group meditations, because the power of our unified minds can change the world overnight. That is a proven fact.
For a while now my husband and I have participated in the weekly Sunday Ascension Meditations posted on the Prepare for Change website. At the end of this month, after the solar eclipse, we will offer this guided meditation every Sunday morning at the Yoga Company, one of the most beautiful yoga studios of Playa del Carmen where I recently started teaching. Yes, that’s right. After an absence of 2 years, due to the demanding hours of setting up our restaurant El Jardin, I started teaching again. And let me tell you; I’m more inspired than ever.
And Cobra and Corey Goode called for a Global Unified Peace Meditation during the solar eclipse of Monday the 21st of August. Again, my husband and I will lead this guided meditation at the Yoga Company on Monday the 21st of August at 12.30.
Be the change you wish to see in the world. I’ll meet you at the Yoga Company!
Let me be blunt. Moving all your personal belongings in one single day and storing them in 3 different locations is not an easy thing. The details over why it was crucial to move everything in one single day I will divulge in my next book. And then, moving our tired selves to 3 different house sitting addresses over the next 3 weeks wasn’t effortless either, and that’s putting it mild.
But finally we’ve found a temporary sanctuary of peace and tranquility for two entire months. As dog lovers we were even more thrilled when we found out that this safe haven came with 2 gorgeous canines; a white King Poodle and a brown mix of some undetermined race. The owners of the house – old Playa friends – had recently renovated their home-to-be, but for the summer they had planned to spend some fun time their 2 young children in Canada, visiting family and summer camps, so for the both of us it was a win-win situation.
This is Jelly. She likes to pose, as you can see.
This is Ritva. As soon as I took the picture she tried to pose like Jelly.
After one week the pressure pump broke down, so the faucets and showerheads produced nothing more than a few drops of water. Since the owner had insisted that we use his maintenance guy (and we are the kind of people who respect those wishes), we hopefully waited 3 weeks before we finally decided it was due time for our own Star Condos guy to buy $51 Pesos (some 4 dollars) worth of material and fix the problem temporarily.
Sure, we used the garden hose to wash ourselves, because it was connected to the street and had normal pressure. It actually made us feel as if we were vacationing on a camping site. A refreshing shower next to a banana tree while waving to your friendly Mexican neighbours, I think there are worse things in life.
Our temporary shower under the banana tree.
We moved into this house on the famous day that went into the Mexican history as: “No era Penal.” If you don’t care about soccer, like us, you have no idea what that phrase stands for, but for some reason we had been caught by the World Cup fever this one year, so this is what it was about. http://www.bbc.com/sport/0/football/28082629
That morning we went dressed in orange pants and green shirts to watch the game. It was close to 11 o’clock in the morning.
Dressed for the Mexican Dutch soccer game. May the best win!
Three minutes before the game started a police officer screwed of the plates of my Beetle that was parked perfectly in front of the Dirty Martini, but nevertheless along an illegal yellow curb and gave me a ticket. No matter how much I pleaded and proudly showed my green Mexican shirt, it was to no use. How could I expect anything else from a female cop? In fumes I drove home and changed my shirt to an orange one. Guess what? We won!
We Won! That will teach them to give me a ticket!
Party at Zenzi!
As an author I’m always looking for a good story, and when you see the humor in any given situation it gives enough juice for a funny twist on any chapter. Honza and I thought of a couple of funny before and after pictures.
The road to our home Before
The road to our home After
So now, after one month of relative rest, it looks like we’re getting our life back on track.
We’re teaching the morning yoga classes at Palapa Suuk from Monday to Friday 10.30 to 11.30.
Catching up with one of my old students.
We’ve been able to score ourselves a regular gig at La Cantina 38; every Tuesday I sing my favourite Mexican Boleros.

Singing Besame Mucho
Honza filmed everything and I’m in the process of creating a video for my YouTube channel, but iMovie received an update, so this will take me some time.
AND… We’re preparing ourselves to open a restaurant!
Yoga is a big thing in Playa del Carmen. Our community is blessed with so many talented yoga teachers, each with their own unique style and signature. It isn’t difficult to find a studio or teacher that suits your own specific needs.
When I arrived in Playa 13 years ago I only found a yoga class in Cindy Burke’s Bodyworks, a gym that has disappeared a long time ago. But soon other yoga opportunities presented itself. One of the first yoga studios that opened its doors was Arielle Newman’s Yoga By The Sea. With her teacher training courses, new yoga teachers were trained and soon other studios opened, like Ellen de Jonge’s Yoga by the Way. Two other studios that have had a large following are Palapa Suuk and Casa Ananda. And very recently our yoga community received two more studios, the Yogaloft and the Yoga District.
For ten years I’ve taught yoga at various places in Playa del Carmen, mostly at gyms, accompanied by the not so ideal atmosphere of iron pumping body builders and subsequent electronic music in the background. But now that we are moving to Amarte Maroma, we’ve found a beautiful and peaceful space where we can practice and teach yoga.
When we saw the yoga palapa for the first time, we thought it was rather small, probably because of the furniture that was still present in the space.
However, when the rain and the clouds had finally disappeared and the sunlight allowed us to take more photos for our collection, the space looked different. The furniture had been removed and we took our time to place our yoga mats. Kike and Marco, who own the Yoga Shala 38, had inspired us to place our mats in a diagonal line, allowing more people to occupy the room without hitting their neighbor. It turns out we can easily fit 20 yogis in our new yoga salon.
That morning Honza and I practiced a wonderful Vinyasa flow, just the two us. In the background we could hear the wind blowing through the coconut and banana trees that surround the palapa; we could hear various tropical birds, and the sound of leaves being raked by a Mayan gardener.
The atmosphere was so tranquil and the energy so peaceful. At the end of our practice I was overwhelmed by a sense of gratefulness for being able to practice yoga in such a beautiful place that we can call home. It felt almost like this yoga shala was welcoming us into her space. Our new yoga salon was baptized with the final chanting of Om, the universal sound that vibrates in the Universe.
